The 10th October marks World Mental Health Day again (celebrated since 1992) and I’m keen to promote awareness of mental health problems, and of the many ways to support them – including the talking therapies.

The Mental Health Foundation ask you to join them in making your own Tea and Talk fundraising event – involving nothing more than putting the kettle on for as many you can ask, and inviting them to make a donation. It seems talking can help in more ways than we’d imagined.
