I’m running a weekly group for women dealing with the complex emotional anguish of repeated pregnancies that end in loss – please do get in touch if you are interested as it is a rolling programme, with various start dates. This is a gruelling experience that is often suffered in isolation, and amongst much misunderstanding, and uncertainty. The six weeks of meetings can’t promise ‘healing’ or ‘closure’ as an outcome, but they offer community, reflection, and an opportunity to be met with kindness, empathy, and practices to develop an essential skill of self-compassion.

Agenda:

  • Week 1: Allowing for all that is felt.

  • Week 2: Being kind to yourself is not indulgent—it’s essential.

  • Week 3: Your body is not the enemy—it deserves your gentleness.

  • Week 4: You are not alone, even when it feels like it.

  • Week 5: Hope can be soft, slow, and yours alone to define.

  • Week 6: You are more than what you’ve been through.
