better keep yourself clean and bright; you are the window through which you must see the world. (George Bernard Shaw)

any life, no matter how long and complex it may be, is made up of a single moment - the moment in which as man finds out, once and for all, who he is. (Jorge Luis Borges)

I have experience of working with a number of issues that can get in the way of living life as we would like it to be. Labelling them can be useful and may make sense to you. They include, in no particular order:

  • anxiety & panic

  • stress or feeling overwhelmed by everything

  • depression or low mood

  • obsessional thoughts & behaviours

  • relationship struggles (and please do ask about couple work)

  • anger problems

  • bereavement

  • eating disorders

  • loss in pregnancy & infertility

  • birth trauma & post-natal depression

Some areas of work I have less experience with, so it may be that I could suggest a local colleague or other resource to help.

I aim to work in a way that helps you both understand why it may be you are struggling (which means exploring your past), as well as helping you with ways to deal with them in the present.
