Therapy with me isn’t just about our weekly meetings. I hope to inspire you to explore your inner world further on your own, and to support you in building your resources to manage your emotional world, and make the changes you intend. This can be done in many ways, but I have learnt the value of reading inspiring works – both of fiction and non-fiction.

I am happy to loan or recommend literature to support you, and the images below give you a glimpse of the many books on my shelves in my consulting room (as well as other things).
