Bibliotherapy

Therapy with me isn’t just about our weekly meetings. I hope to inspire you to explore your inner world further on your own, and to support you in building your resources and resilience, and to make the changes you intend. This can be done in many ways, but I have learnt the value of reading (or listening to) inspiring works – both of fiction and non-fiction.

I am happy to loan or recommend literature to support you, and I regularly post book recommendations on my Instagram page: @julia_bueno_therapist 

If you are interested in careful recommendations for reading without therapy, this can be arranged for a small fee too.
